Match appointments to professional roles
Reproductive medicine, embryology, urology-andrology and endocrinology are different services. Ask which consultation is proposed and why, rather than assuming that every published specialist is automatically included in a programme.
Reconcile the public price list
Delta lists programme, biopsy, freezing, thawing, transfer and storage charges separately. Ask the provider to mark each proposed item as included, extra or not applicable and to remove overlapping charges before giving a total.
Check the units behind donor and storage fees
A donor-oocyte price, sperm portion, freezing carrier or storage period is not a full treatment package. Record the number of units, storage renewal date and any later use or transport charges.
Timing and communication
Appointments
The team biographies identify reproductive clinicians, an embryologist and supporting specialists. Confirm who is assigned to your case, when each appointment takes place and which monitoring can be completed before travel. Do not calculate a stay from a fee-list entry.
Language and coordination
The site offers several language versions. Ask whether the clinician speaks your preferred language, whether an interpreter joins the consultation and consent discussion, and whether interpretation is separately charged.
Follow-up after your visit
Ask for the stimulation/procedure summary, embryology and genetic reports where applicable, and a storage agreement if material remains. Clarify who answers urgent clinical questions locally and who coordinates later transfer or follow-up enquiries.

Is an embryo biopsy charge the same as the cost of PGT?
Not necessarily. A biopsy is a laboratory procedure, while genetic analysis and reporting can be separate. Ask Delta to identify the testing laboratory, the analysis and the number of embryos covered by the proposed fee.
Should thawing and frozen-transfer charges both be added?
Do not add them automatically. The schedule contains distinct thawing and culture/transfer items. Ask which charges apply to your planned cycle and whether one already covers work shown elsewhere in the schedule.
How should I read a per-oocyte or per-portion donor price?
Read it as the stated unit of material, not a complete treatment total. Ask about allocation, quantity, testing, fertilisation, embryo culture, transfer and what happens if the available material does not lead to the expected next stage.
