Egg Donation
in Kyrgyzstan

Start with the proposed treatment and the information available about the donor and material. Donor egg IVF followed by your own pregnancy and donor eggs combined with surrogacy are different pathways.

How the arrangement works

  1. Review the clinical pathway

Ask the reproductive clinician what is proposed, who provides the sperm, who will carry the pregnancy and how assessment, laboratory work and transfer fit together. Eligibility and clinical suitability are separate decisions.

  2. Understand the donor and allocation

Establish whether the offer uses fresh or frozen eggs, a shared or dedicated allocation and what unit or quantity is supplied. Ask what information is available and which screening has actually been completed.

  3. Connect the laboratory stages

Ask who receives and identifies material, performs fertilisation, records embryo development and explains any proposed genetic testing. A quoted number of eggs is not a promise of embryos, pregnancy or birth.

  4. Plan consent, transfer and future records

Record the permitted use, storage, later transfer and future access to donor-conception information. Clarify the legal position for the recipient, any partner, donor and intended child in the relevant jurisdictions.

Costs and what they cover

  • Identify whether the charge is per egg, batch, allocation or retrieval cycle. Record the quantity and any replacement or cancellation terms.
  • Separate donor-related charges from sperm services, fertilisation, embryo culture, testing, transfer and storage. Do not infer a complete treatment total from a per-oocyte item.
  • Ask which screening, counselling, coordination and interpretation are included, who supplies them and who receives payment.
  • A later frozen transfer, storage renewal or an additional cycle can have a separate scope. Obtain a dated personal quote from the actual medical provider.
