GET TO KNOW THE CENTRE

About the centre

An international-patient presentation

IRMC’s English site places the centre at Matrosova 136 and presents fertility treatment, preservation and obstetric care. Its international positioning and “US-standard” descriptions are its own claims, not an independent accreditation category.

Clinical roles and coordination

The website distinguishes reproductive clinicians, a senior embryologist and an assigned coordinator. Its FAQ describes video consultation before travel and contact with the treating physician during the pathway, which should be specified in the appointment arrangement.

TREATMENT AT IRMC

Treatments at IRMC

Provider-advertised services, with links to independent explanations of the treatment decisions.

01

IVF and embryo testing

The site advertises IVF with embryo testing. Its descriptions use both PGT and older PGD/PGS terminology. A personal proposal should identify the actual test, biopsy and reporting laboratory, rather than rely on the “third-generation” label.

Read the treatment guide →
02

Third-party ART

Donor-related services are advertised separately from ordinary IVF. The clinical arrangement, material source, consent and legal acceptance need to be defined for the individual applicant.

Read the treatment guide →
03

Egg and sperm preservation

The service menu lists egg and sperm freezing. Collection, fertilisation where relevant, storage term, renewal and later use are separate parts of a preservation agreement.

Read the treatment guide →
04

Obstetrics and continued care

The website includes obstetric services, while the FAQ describes follow-up and transition to care near home. Confirm whether the service in a particular proposal is remote advice, local monitoring or a separate pregnancy-care agreement.

Third-party service scope

The information below shows which related services appear in provider publications or supplied quotations. “Not established” means the reviewed sources do not answer the question. Confirm availability with the medical provider and obtain separate advice on legal eligibility.

INSIDE THE CENTRE

Facilities and laboratory roles

A named senior embryologist

Miao Cheng’s biography describes ICSI, embryo assessment, assisted hatching, blastocyst biopsy, cryopreservation and laboratory instrumentation. This identifies published laboratory responsibilities rather than an independently audited quality system.

Facility and protocol statements

IRMC describes its environment and laboratory specifications as aligned with American benchmarks. Its about page does not provide an independent inspection record establishing that description. Local laboratory ownership, equipment status and external genetic analysis need their own evidence.

The gallery shows provider-published reception spaces. It does not document an independent laboratory inspection.

FROM FIRST CONTACT TO CONTINUED CARE

Planning a visit

Prepare your consultation →

The provider describes a six-stage pathway. Your clinician’s plan determines the actual schedule, and coordination services need their own written scope.

  1. 01

    Initial enquiry

The process page describes phone, messaging or online contact with a bilingual coordinator.

  2. 02

    Remote medical assessment

Existing records are reviewed for a proposed protocol, cost and timeline estimate before arrival.

  3. 03

    Arrival arrangements

The provider describes visa-support letters, airport pickup and accommodation recommendations. Confirm the actual inclusions and supplier.

  4. 04

    Treatment and monitoring

The source describes the clinical, nursing and coordination teams supporting the treatment cycle.

  5. 05

    Transfer, testing and remote contact

Transfer and result confirmation are followed by remote-contact arrangements described by the provider. The individual medical schedule governs timing.

  6. 06

    Pregnancy-care handover

The process page describes obstetric support and liaison with a clinician near home; the FAQ also describes access to medical records.

Can the first medical discussion take place remotely?

IRMC’s FAQ describes video consultations and review before travel. Confirm the clinician, documents, consultation charge, platform and what the remote discussion can determine before booking a visit.

Is the CNY package a conversion of the older USD quote?

No conversion has been established. The supplied documents have different scopes, and the USD quotation explicitly expired on 31 May 2025. The undated ¥ brochure is recorded as a CNY reference subject to currency and validity confirmation.

Does a two-year retrieval programme include unlimited transfers?

The supplied undated brochure lists repeated retrievals within two years but only one frozen transfer, with additional-transfer charges. Medication and other extras are also excluded. Read the full scope instead of extending the word “unlimited” to every service.
