Visitor statistics
Kyrgyzstan IVF uses a visitor-statistics script served through this website to understand visits and the pages from which enquiries are submitted. The website’s server forwards requests to our CRM; your browser uses this website’s own tracking endpoints.
Tracking requests may include a visitor identifier, page and referral information, browser information, IP address and approximate country, region, city and internet provider supplied by Cloudflare. Visitor identifiers can link visits with a later enquiry. Approximate location is not a precise device location.
The script stores a visitor ID in local storage and a first-party crm_vid cookie with a one-year maximum age. Local storage also holds crm_sid and crm_slast for session identification; a new session is assigned after 30 minutes of inactivity. Clear this website’s cookies and local storage to remove these identifiers from your browser.
Statistics include page titles and URLs, referrers and campaign parameters, time on page, scroll depth, browser language and screen size. The script also records telephone-link clicks and a copy event when text resembles a WeChat identifier; the copied text itself is not included in that event.
The visitor script runs when a page loads; the consent checkbox on the enquiry form relates to that enquiry, not to prior visitor statistics. Cloudflare also processes technical request data to deliver and secure the website. Blocking the statistics script may prevent the interactive enquiry form from working; you can email [email protected] instead.
Local planning tools
The consultation checklist saves checked items in local storage in your browser. Those answers are not submitted as enquiry data. Reset the checklist or clear this website’s browser data to remove them.
The budget calculator adds figures in your browser without saving or submitting the entered amounts. Visits to these tool pages may still appear in visitor statistics.
Enquiries and CRM records
Submitting the enquiry form sends your name, the contact methods you provide, selected services, message and any optional clinic, topic or page reference to the CRM used by Kyrgyzstan IVF. Visitor and page identifiers may associate the enquiry with your browsing history on this website. Repeated enquiries using the same contact details within 30 days may be merged into one CRM record.
We use this information to handle your enquiry, contact you about it and understand how visitors use the guide. Submitting the form is not a clinic booking, treatment agreement or permission to share medical records. There is no medical-file upload; do not include passport numbers, genetic reports or other sensitive records.
A retention period for CRM enquiries and visit records is not specified in this policy. To request access, correction or removal, or ask about retention, email [email protected] and identify the email address or phone number used in your enquiry. If you can, use the original email address. We may need to confirm your identity; do not send identity documents unless a secure process has been agreed. Earlier enquiries may remain in the website’s previous contact records; access and removal requests can cover those records too.
The website does not promise an automatic acknowledgement email or a fixed response time.

Following a provider link, calling a provider or opening an email link uses the provider or service’s own privacy terms. Records you send directly to a clinic are not received through this website’s enquiry form.
