What the document includes

  • Brochure describes gestational-carrier screening, pregnancy care, nutrition, vaginal delivery and compensation, with risk-allocation terms.
  • It describes report translation, medical/living interpretation, two airport pickup arrangements, hospital–hotel transport, and assistance with infant documentation, examination, vaccinations and paternity testing. Assistance is not a guarantee that documents will be issued.

Exclusions and extra charges

  • The cooperation-price image explicitly excludes embryo transport and accommodation/meals.
  • Brochure also excludes Hague/POA certification, visas and travel. Additional testing above eight blastocysts: USD 350 each.
  • Caesarean compensation: CNY 40,000. Twin compensation: CNY 80,000 in two stages; twin pregnancies excluded from the stated risk cover.
  • Client-requested carrier change: CNY 35,000; the brochure separately quotes transfer at CNY 10,000 per occasion. Confirm how that applies alongside package transfer allowances.

Conditions and version checks

  • Effective from 1 April 2026 is a start date, not proof of present availability or an indefinite price guarantee.
  • The first offer states two transfers, while a note discusses up to three with the same carrier where medically appropriate; obtain a written explanation of the extra-transfer conditions.
  • Risk-cover and outcome-based labels describe commercial promises with exclusions, not risk-free treatment.
  • Legal eligibility, carrier welfare, parentage and nationality/travel documents require separate current advice.

Each summary identifies its document version and source page. Original supplied files are not available for public download. Read the quotation-source method →

Building a personal quote

Ask the provider to identify the treatment stages that apply to your medical plan and to put the contracting entity, currency, validity period and payment schedule in writing.

  • Separate consultations, stimulation medication, retrieval, fertilisation, embryo culture and transfer.
  • For PGT, distinguish embryo biopsy from genetic analysis, shipping and a later frozen transfer.
  • Specify freezing units, storage periods, donor-material units and any repeat-cycle charges.
  • Request cancellation, refund and unused-material terms, plus interpreter and coordination charges.

A supplied brochure is evidence of what a document states. Confirm its issuer, validity, contracting entity, tax treatment and individual medical scope before payment.
